El responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales que facilites en esta plataforma es WREAMAPP, S.L. (en adelante, “Wream”), el Titular de la misma. Puedes consultar sus datos en el aviso legal. La Titular asume el compromiso de proteger los datos de carácter personal de todas las personas con las que trata, respetando las exigencias legales en materia de protección de datos y con las máximas garantías de confidencialidad y seguridad.
Antes de facilitarnos tus datos para registrarte es importante que leas atentamente esta Política de Privacidad.
A través de nuestra plataforma tratamos datos con diferentes finalidades.
Durante el proceso de registro tan sólo te pedimos tu correo electrónico, con la finalidad de darte de alta como usuario en la app y prestarte el servicio. Posteriormente, te invitamos a que incluyas tu nombre y apellidos, así como la fecha de cumpleaños, con la finalidad de mejorar tu experiencia en la aplicación.

Por defecto, la aplicación marca tu perfil como privado. No obstante, ten en cuenta que Wream es una aplicación social, cuya finalidad es facilitar a tu red de amigos y familiares conocer tu lista de deseos para tu cumpleaños o tus eventos especiales.

También puedes registrarte a través de Facebook. Si eliges esta opción, recogemos una serie de información a través de Facebook con tu permiso. Esta información es: nombre y apellidos, fecha de nacimiento, correo electrónico. Te recordamos que la recogida y el tratamiento de los datos que realiza Facebook se rige por su propia política de privacidad. Una vez Facebook nos comunica tus datos, tras tu autorización, somos responsables de estos datos.
En el caso que lo desees, puedes registrarte a través de tu cuenta de Apple. Si eliges esta opción, recogemos una serie de información a través de Apple con tu permiso. Esta información es: [••••••]. Te recordamos que la recogida y el tratamiento de los datos que realiza Apple se rige por su propia política de privacidad. Una vez Apple nos comunica tus datos, tras tu autorización, somos responsables de estos datos.
La base legal para estos tratamientos es la ejecución de los Términos y Condiciones que aceptas para la prestación del servicio. Estos datos los mantendremos mientras continúes registrado en nuestra plataforma.
En caso de que lo aceptes, utilizamos tu correo electrónico para enviarte publicidad e información comercial, tanto de Wream como de productos y servicios que puedan ser de tu interés, así como de las tiendas y negocios que colaboran con Wream, en concreto, de empresas relacionadas con sectores de actividad, tales como alimentación, agua, informática y tecnología; música y libros; negocios, finanzas y seguros; telecomunicaciones; belleza y salud; animales; inmuebles; empleo y formación; ocio; motor; deportes; moda; viajes; hijos; energía; ONGs. Puedes darte de baja en todo momento del servicio de recepción de comunicaciones a través de los mecanismos que se indicarán en el propio correo comercial. Por lo tanto la base legal para este tratamiento es tu consentimiento, y los datos los seguiremos tratando hasta que nos revoques el mismo.
Los datos personales que nos facilites se conservarán mientras seas usuario registrado de la plataforma, con independencia de que tengas o no instalada la aplicación en tu dispositivo. Para darte de baja, puedes hacerlo desde tu perfil personal de la plataforma, o enviándonos una solicitud a través de nuestros canales de contacto. Posteriormente conservamos aquellos estrictamente necesarios para poder responder ante autoridades administrativas o judiciales, durante el tiempo en que se pueda derivar algún tipo de responsabilidad para Wream.
Los datos de carácter personal que nos facilites a través de la plataforma no serán comunicados a terceros en ningún caso, salvo en los casos legalmente previstos. En el supuesto en que se fueran a comunicar, te pediríamos siempre tu consentimiento previo para realizar esta comunicación.
Con la finalidad de garantizar las adecuadas medidas de seguridad técnica, contratamos proveedores externos para dar soporte a los servicios de la plataforma. El principal proveedor de alojamiento es Amazon, cuyos servidores están ubicados dentro del Espacio Económico Europeo, en concreto en Irlanda, y cuya política de privacidad puedes consultar en su página web: https://aws.amazon.com/es/. No obstante, el proveedor podrá variar por razones técnicas u organizativas.
Como titular de los datos de carácter personal, puedes ejercitar los siguientes derechos en los términos recogidos en el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la Unión Europea (RGPD) así como en la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de Derechos Digitales.

La Titular ha adoptado las medidas de índole técnicas y organizativas necesarias para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos de carácter personal que se tratan en los ficheros de su titularidad y de acuerdo al tipo de datos que se tratan. Se aplican las medidas de seguridad que el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de Derechos Digitales especifican.

WREAM es titular de cuentas en distintas redes sociales (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). El tratamiento que lleva a cabo la Titular de dichos datos es el que permiten las propias redes sociales a través de sus servicios, sin que la Titular extraiga datos de carácter personal de dichas redes sociales de sus seguidores y usuarios de las mismas. La Titular utiliza dichas redes sociales para informar de los servicios de Wream, en cumplimiento de las condiciones de contratación establecidas por los titulares de las propias redes sociales.
La presente política de privacidad está vigente desde el 21 de diciembre de 2021. La Titular del Sitio se reserva el derecho de modificar su política de privacidad en el supuesto de que exista un cambio de la legislación vigente, doctrina jurisprudencial o por criterios propios empresariales. The personal data that you provide us will be kept as long as you are a registered user of the platform, regardless of whether or not you have the application installed on your device. To unsubscribe, you can do so from your personal profile on the platform, or by sending us a request through our contact channels. Subsequently, we keep those strictly necessary to be able to respond to administrative or judicial authorities, during the time in which some type of responsibility may arise for Wream.

In order to guarantee adequate technical security measures, we hire external providers to support the services of the platform. However, the provider may vary for technical or organizational reasons.

The Holder has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data that are treated in the files of its ownership and according to the type of data that are treated. WREAM owns accounts on different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). The treatment carried out by the Holder of said data is that allowed by the social networks themselves through their services, without the Holder extracting personal data from said social networks of their followers and users thereof. The Owner uses said social networks to inform about Wream services, in compliance with the contracting conditions established by the owners of the social networks themselves.
This privacy policy is in force since 21 December 2021. The Owner of the Site reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in the event that there is a change in current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine or by its own business criteria. If there is any change in this policy, the new text will be published at this same address.
